I am a strong advocate and practitioner of the “participate” approach to management. I endeavor to involve all team members in all aspects of delivery services from strategic planning through day to day operations. I recognize the value of the “employee stakeholder’ concept.

 I feel it is the responsibility of the project manger to insure the success of all efforts undertaken.

I am a people orientated project manager who encourages and coaches team members to develop their potential while creating a work environment that allows them to effectively do their jobs. I utilize persistence, technical awareness and interpersonal skills to establish and build a successful and productive team.

During my career I have been exposed to a variety of situations that required solutions. This exposure has allowed me to gain maturity , self-confidence , patience, and self-control. I seek input from my peers and team members in identifying and presenting alternative business solutions.
